Position: Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional Specialist (Remote)
Contract Duration: Long-term
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expert functional support for Oracle EBS R12, focusing primarily on Oracle General Ledger (GL).
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate accounts reconciliation issues.
- Analyze business requirements and ensure that the Oracle EBS solution meets these needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the Oracle EBS functionality.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12, particularly within the Finance module.
- Deep expertise in Oracle GL, especially in handling accounts reconciliation challenges.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 finance-related setups, configurations, and process flows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
